Meridia employees cannot access your pipeline data without explicit permission — we operate on a need-to-know basis and log all internal access. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

Yes. Meridia is operated from EU infrastructure (US-East with EU-region options available on request). We act as a data processor under GDPR and sign a DPA on request. Fund data — LP names, portfolio company terms, deal terms — never leaves your isolated instance and is not used to train shared models. We can execute a Fund Confidentiality Addendum for Multi-Fund customers on request.

Yes — all plans let you define your thesis: sectors, stages, geographies, team size, and custom signals. The AI scores every sourced deal against your thesis automatically. Multi-Fund adds custom tuning, where we work with you to weight signals specific to your investment strategy — e.g., "deep tech with government contracts" or "B2B SaaS with negative churn."

There's no integration required and no data import needed to start. Meridia sources from a combination of web signals (funding announcements, job postings, product launches), public databases (Crunchbase, Dealroom, ProductHunt, Y Combinator, GitHub Trending), and technical signals (API traction, hiring velocity). The AI filters and scores against your thesis in real time — you see only deals that match, not raw noise.

Full memo — structured sections covering business model, market size, team assessment, competitive landscape, financial analysis, and investment recommendation with risk flags. You can upload a pitch deck and Meridia will generate a memo from it, or let sourcing auto-generate memos for high-scoring deals. Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of the current billing period — no lock-in. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months if you cancel within 30 days; after that, access runs until the annual term ends. Your pipeline data is always exportable as CSV and JSON regardless of plan status.

The Fund plan includes up to 5 users sharing the same fund workspace — associates, analysts, and partners see the same pipeline, can annotate deals, and generate memos independently. Permissions management (read-only vs. edit) is on the roadmap for Q3 2026. Multi-Fund adds unlimited seats with role-based access controls.

The 14-day trial gives you full Multi-Fund-level access — no credit card required, no feature restrictions. After the trial, access switches to read-only unless you subscribe. Your pipeline data is preserved. Most users who run sourcing during the trial see enough deal flow to justify the Fund plan within a week.
